UK, mainland Europe and SA standard shipping is 3-5 working days.
Worldwide please allow 7 days for delivery. £30 shipping fee.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery
TAXES AND DUTIES
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the UK may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can check the current status of your shipment by following the instructions on your dispatch email which will include a link to the Interlink or Fedex website. You will be directed to the relevant website, where if you enter the tracking number of your shipment you will see its status. Please wait four hours from receipt of your dispatch email and using the tracking tool.
Okapi insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient for delivery purposes other than yourself (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Okapi, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
On receipt of your goods, please check that the number of boxes received matches the documentation and that the package is not damaged, wet or tampered with in any way. If you do notice anything unusual about your order please notify Okapi immediately
If you wish to exchange your order or ask for a refund, you have the option of returning any product ordered within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Please contact a member of our team on email@example.com for further assistance with your return.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Okapi will do it’s best to keep the website as up to date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that items shown will still be available. Once Okapi has received your order request it will be processed within 2-3 working days, subject to availability.
We do not dispatch orders over the weekend. Any order placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
If items you have ordered are out of stock, we will endeavor to contact you through the email you provided when placing the order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.
We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.
We do not take responsibility for items that have specific delivery requirements not specified on their original order. This becomes the responsibility of the courier. I.e. leaving items in a safe place or authorising delivery without a signature.
